MINUTES
BOARD OF SELECTMEN
May 18, 2007
Present at the meeting that was held at the Town Building were Chairman Stephen Dungan and Selectmen Kathleen King Farrell, Jason Robart, Thomas Ruggiero, and Ellen Sturgis.
Also present was Administrative Assistant Susan McLaughlin.
Chairman Dungan called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting was to vote officers for the year, following the election of two new members, Kathleen King Farrell and Ellen Sturgis.
Chairman: Ms. Sturgis nominated Mr. Dungan for the position of chairman; Ms. Farrell seconded; and all voted in favor.
Clerk: Ms. Farrell nominated Mr. Robart for the position of Clerk; Mr. Dungan (and Mr. Ruggiero) seconded, and all voted in favor.
At 8:03 a.m., Mr. Ruggiero moved to adjourn; Mr. Dungan seconded; and all voted in favor.
