Bid Opening

Stephen Dungan, Clerk, Stow Board of Selectmen
Stephan Glover, property owner
Mr. Dungan introduced himself and explained that he would open each bid and state the name of the owner and the bid price. He said additional details would be available once the Board completed its evaluation based upon the criteria in the Request for Proposals.
Mr. Dungan noted that two bids had been received.
Mr. Stephan Glover submitted the first bid Mr. Dungan opened. The bid price was $2,900,000.
Mr. William Snow submitted the second bid. The bid price was $1,500,000.
The bid opening was adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
