Fundraising update – Greta

o       Committee feels there should be a refundability option in the event that nothing is ever done.

o       Committee discussed offering a time frame for pledges.  General feeling was 3 years to begin construction, if nothing done within 3 years (till groundbreaking) offer the option of refund or renew or keep money and allow schools to use those funds.
