LACAC Meeting Minutes for November 13, 2013
Members present: Gary Bernklow, Bob Glorioso, Len Golder, Lisa Lavina, Lee Pappas
Also present: Stow TV Coordinator Anne VanTine
Chair Glorioso called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm
Updates were provided on conversations with the Board of Selectmen related to providing audio for the town meeting. Though the committee is in agreement that there is a need for this to be handled reliably, members believe it should be part of a comprehensive review of all technology needs for the town meetings, including providing a system for the hearing impaired.
After a review of the projected purchases, Pappas moved and Lavina seconded to approve the purchase of accessories related to the purchase of new cameras. Approved unanimously. These purchases are described in the document titled: Proposed Purchases to Support HD Tapeless Camcorder.
In response to a request by the Town Administrator for budget/operations related information, Bernklow moved, and Pappas seconded, to approve as amended the “Planning for Stow TV” document. Approved unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:20pm.
