LACAC Meeting Minutes for May 16, 2013
Members present: Bob Glorioso, Lee Pappas, Gary Bernklow
Also present: Stow TV Coordinator Anne VanTine
Lee Pappas reported that he had visited the high school auditorium with others involved in the project. He indicated that the project design appears acceptable.
Members discussed what entity should be responsible for Town Meeting setup and sound. Pappas offered to take responsibility to investigate and recruit to devise a workable approach for the Town.

Pappas moved, and Bernklow seconded, to adjourn at 9:00pm.
