LACAC Meeting Minutes for September 19, 2012
This was a joint meeting with the Cable License Advisory Committee (CLAC). The Meeting was called to order at 7:30pm
Members present: Len Golder, Lisa Lavina, Bob Glorioso, Gary Bernklow
Also present: Lew Halprin and CLAC members Bob Mong and Arny Buchman
Comcast representative Tim Kelly and others attended the public hearing.
A public hearing on the Comcast contract took place, led by Bob Glorioso. Refer to the transcript provided by Comcast.
The public input segment was closed at 8:05 pm. Meeting resumed at 8:15 pm.
Bob Mong reported on a conference call between himself, Attorney August, and Tim Kelly’s manager Bob Carr concerning the wording about Inet and Stow’s passive coax cable. Carr preferred that the wording in the current draft remain in the contract not a side letter, seeming to accept what Stow proposed, but did not commit to accepting it.
Lavina moved and Glorioso seconded to adjourn at 8:20. Unanimously approved.
