Minutes of the Thursday, November 19, 2008 Local Access Channel Advisory Committee:

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM at the Stow Town Building.
VanTine reported on the installation of the new video server. Halprin reported on progress with Verizon.
VanTine presented the “Annual Report to Comcast” which is required by the contract. Lavina moved and Glorioso seconded approval of the report with the change of limiting the financial report to expenses. The motion was unanimously approved.
VanTine requested approval for purchase of a Universal Power Supply system to protect the video server and purchase of a Sony TRV-950 camera from Ebay. Lavina moved and Dungan seconded to purchase these items, and the motion was unanimously approved.
