The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM at the Stow Town Building.
VanTine reported that the Tightrope SX2 video server and related equipment was sent out to bid to three companies: The Camera Company, York Telecom, and HB Communications. HB Communications declined to bid. The Camera Company quote was $16,773. That of York Telecom was $18792.26. Glorioso moved that we accept the Camera Company bid. Dungan seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
