FINAL Minutes, January 28, 2008 Community Preservation Committee Meeting

Present: Community Preservation Committee members: Bob Wilber (Chairman), Dave Walrath (ViceChair), Kate Hogan, Kathy Sferra, John Bolton, Linda Stokes. *Mike Busch arrived for the end of the meeting.

Bob reported that he attended the Board of Selectmen’s meeting with Mike Busch to seek endorsement for creating a Snow Working Group (SWG). The SWG will work under the direction of Bill Wrigley, Town Administrator. In addition to working on the project, the SWG will also keep the various town committees and residents updated on their progress. The members of the SWG are Bob Wilber, Mike Busch, Eric Bachtell, Tim Allaire, Jim Henry, and Dwight Sipler. Currently they are working on acquisition of the parcel, the self-help grant process, and the agricultural lease portion of the project.
