in Stow owned by the Moseley Family. That tract, leased for many years to Steve, Kirstin, and Ray Mong as a key component of the Applefield Farm operation, was protected from development and preserved for continued agricultural use through a permanent Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) acquired by the Town and the State agency. $11,000 from Stow’s Community Preservation Fund, and $11,000 from the Stow Conservation Trust, were used to fund the “local match” for that
very worthy project.
