Present:  Community Preservation Committee members: Bob Wilber (Chairman), Dave Walrath (Vice-Chairman), Corinne Green, Karen Gray, Kathy Sferra, Laura Spear, John Bolton, J.T. Toole.

The meeting began with quorum at 7:40pm.         The meeting was taped for Stow T.V.

ER SYSTEM WARRANT ARTICLE

Liz Painter (Stow Historical Commission, SHC) updated the Committee regarding the bids that came in for the Town Hall Sprinkler System.  Liz reported that there were some problems with the original bid process, the bids came in very high, but mo matter what the entire bid process would need to be redone.  Liz also said that the lowest bid that came in for the alarm system is 3 times as much as the original amount. 

Item:  Deb will contact the moderator regarding the Cemetery Stone Wall article and what night he expects it to be discussed.  Deb will relate the information to G.H. Gledhill.

000000;">e="text-align:left;">John asked how accurate the RMP numbers are.  Answer:  These numbers are pre-design conceptual numbers but Bill felt pretty confident in the numbers based on the numerous projects they have completed (allowing for seasonal cost increases.)
