Present: Community Preservation Committee members: Bob Wilber (Chairman), Dave Walrath (Vice-Chairman), Kathy Sferra, Corinne Green, Karen Gray.

The meeting began with quorum at 7:38pm.
BILLS & MINUTES
at the library and fire station in the future. The next step is to get installation bids. Action Item: Liz will give copies of the plans to Rich, David, and Bill Wrigley (Town Administrator); and ask them to put out bids for RFPs. Action Item: Liz will ask Chuck to include some requirements for the RFPs. It was agreed that Liz would keep Deb up-to-date on the progress.
