Regular Meeting – November 27, 2007
A Regular Meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held November 27, 2007, at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room.
Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; Stephen Bessette, Vice Chairman; Lynn Young, Member; and Richard Cody, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director

1. Chairman Sisk called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

S. Bessette moved to accept and pay monthly the calculated Base Annual Fee for the 9th Contract year (Nov. 15, 2007 – Nov. 14, 2008) in the annual amount of $ 1,949,619.69 which is equivalent to $ 162,468.31 per month subject to Director Storrs confirming United Water’s calculation of the effective electric rate and summation of charges for electricity. L. Young seconded. Motion carried 4-0.

It was agreed by consensus to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for December 25, 2007.

R. Cody moved to accept the minutes of the Special Meeting of October 23, 2007 (4:30 p.m.) and the
Regular Meeting of October 23, 2007 (6:30 p.m.) as presented. J. Sisk seconded. Motion carried 2-0. S. Bessette and L. Young abstained.
