SPECIAL MEETING – NOVEMBER 8, 2006
A Special Meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held at 7:00 p.m., November 8, 2006, at the Mystic Middle School. Members present: James Sisk, Chairman; Lynn Young, Member, and Richard Cody, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director
Absent: Stephen Bessette, James Petrosky

Chairman Sisk opened the meeting at 7:04 p.m.
The meeting consisted of a public hearing regarding the draft Wastewater Facilities Plan. No votes were requested or taken
Meeting adjourned upon the end of the public hearing at 8:50 p.m.
