Regular Meeting – October 24, 2006
A Regular Meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held October 24, 2006, at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room.
Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; James Petrosky, Secretary; Richard Cody, Member, and Lynn Young, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director
Members absent: Stephen Bessette
1. Chairman Sisk called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

- request to connect to Mystic Diversion force main located in Lords Hill Road

The Authority took no action
5. Conner, 70 Hatch Street
- request for adjustment in sewer use bill
(ref: Conner letter, 10/5/06 with attachments
R. Cody moved to deny Mr. Conner’s request for an adjustment in his sewer use bill dated October 1, 2006. L. Young seconded. Motion carried 4-0.

R. Cody moved to table further discussion on SCADA to the next regular monthly meeting of the Authority and request that Chairman Sisk and L. Young approach the Finance Committee regarding the potential for supplemental funding. L. Young seconded. Motion carried 3-0. J. Petrosky abstained due to his involvement in gathering the information related to SCADA that was presented at this meeting.

R. Cody moved to accept the minutes of the Public Hearing, September 26, 2006 and the Regular Meeting, September 26, 2006 as presented. J. Petrosky seconded. Motion carried 4-0.
Inasmuch as the Special Meeting of September 26, 2006, was not an official meeting due to the lack of a quorum, the minutes were approved by consensus as representing matters brought to the attention of those present.
