A Public Hearing on the Sewer Use Charge pursuant to Notice published September 15, 2006, was conducted by the Water Pollution Control Authority at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room on September 26, 2006.
Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; Stephen Bessette, Vice Chairman; James Petrosky, Secretary; Richard Cody, Member, and Lynn Young, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director

1. Chairman Sisk called the Hearing to order at 6:00 p.m.
