Regular Meeting – May 23, 2006
A Regular Meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held May 23, 2006, at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room.
Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; Stephen Bessette, Vice Chairman; James Petrosky, Secretary; and Lynn Young, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director

3. BL Companies, Route 1 sewer
Dennis G. Goderre of BL Companies addressed the Authority regarding a proposal to extend the sanitary sewer along Route 1 from Robin Road westerly to property located near to and at the former Porch and Patio (Tax Map 75, Block 1, Lot 2). The Authority reached consensus that it would not object to such an extension. No formal action was taken.

J. Petrosky moved to elect S. Bessette to fill the current vacancy of Vice Chairman. L. Young seconded. Motion carried 3-0. S. Bessette abstained.
12. Minutes – April 19th and April 25th
J. Petrosky moved to accept the minutes of April 19, 2006 and April 25, 2006 as presented. L. Young seconded. Motion carried 4-0.
