PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RATE INCREASE
MAY 24, 2005
A special open public hearing of the Stonington Water Pollution Control Authority was held this date at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Room at the Stonington Police Station, 173 South Broad Street, Pawcatuck.
Members in Attendance: Chairman James Sisk, Mark Ginsberg, Secretary Daniel O’Connor and James Petrosky. Also in attendance was Director Harold Storrs. Lynn Young entered the Hearing at 6:15 pm.

M. Ginsberg moved to waive reading of the Notice of Proposed Sewer Use Charges dated May 9, 2005. J. Petrosky seconded. Motion carried 4 – 0. L. Young absent.
The following individual addressed the WPCA:
Ed Hart, 587 Taugwonk Road.
M. Ginsberg moved to close the Hearing. J. Petrosky seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
