4. Present Future Land Use Maps (7:30 pm – 8:00 pm)
5. Work on Developing Combined Land Use Map (8:00 pm – 8:45 pm)
6. Homework Assignment:
a. Review Draft Goals, Policies, and Strategies Section and email your comments to nharkins@gpcog.org.
b. Review Completed Inventory Sections and Submit Final Comments.
c. Summarize Public Outreach Effort (Public Opinion Survey Presentations) for inclusion in the Comprehensive Plan.

October 27th, Thursday: Presentations by Mitch Berkowitz (Gray’s Comp Plan Update Experience), Presentation by Rick Seeley (Growth Management Tools), Review Future Land Use Map and Future Land Use Section of the Comp Plan; Draft Implementations Section Discussion. 6 pm – 9 pm
November 17th, Thursday: Review Compiled Comp Plan including Vision, Public Opinion Survey, Inventory Sections, Future Land Use, Goals, Policies and Strategies, Discussion of the Document Format. 6pm – 8pm
December 15th, Thursday: Comments on the Comp Plan Update; Preparation for Public Meeting and Presentation to the Town Council in January. 6pm – 8pm
