THE FOLLOWING ARE MOTIONS MADE DURING THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE INLAND WETLANDS AGENCY/ CONSERVATION COMMISSION – MADDEN ROOM
Chairperson Warren called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: none
PERMIT EXTENSIONS: none
CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS: There was a discussion related to the information provided to the commissioners regarding the two long term commissioners whose terms are expiring 12/1/2013. Due to the recent elections causing a change in majority party, one of these commissioners may lose their seat. It is hoped that both commissioners will be able to remain on the Commission due to their invaluable experience and knowledge acquired over the many years they have served.

MINUTES: 11/6/2013, approved by consensus.
CONSERVATION COMMISSION: none
WETLAND OFFICER’S REPORT: Mr. Folger reported that trapping of the beavers located at Cornerstone Drive would be done sometime after December 1st. The culvert under the road has been filled in a number of times caused by the beaver’s activities and must be cleared out each time.
PUBLIC HEARING: none
NEW BUSINESS:
Appl. #13-51P – Distinctive Gardens & Tree Care – 48 Patria Road – Inland Wetland/Conservation Commission application for the restoration of impacted wetlands and the construction of a materials and equipment storage yard on property located southerly of Patria Road Industrial (I) Zone. The hearing on this application was postponed until the December 4, 2013 meeting due to the applicant’s lack of posting the required sign notification on the property.
OTHER BUSINESS: The Holiday party is scheduled for January 22, 2014 at the Bonefish Grill.
