ITEM: CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS
1. The invitation to the Chamber of Commerce Holiday Social was presented to the Commissioners. Chairperson Warren and Commissioner Delnicki will attend the annual event on December 14, 2009 at The Mill on the River.
2. Chairperson Warren asked that the Commissioners review and respond to a copy of the South Windsor Walk and Wheel Ways Master Plan she had received for review by IWA/CC. A copy of the document will be provided to each Commissioner and Commissioner Brower will draft a response to the SWW&WW.

ITEM: CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Per Chairperson Warren’s request, Commissioner Heffler reported that the Wapping Park Open House on October 25, 2009 was a HUGE success – 200 people in attendance and many of them indicated an interest in volunteering. Commissioner Heffler stated that due to the hard work of Jeff Folger and the scouts (in building bridges, etc.) the park was in very good shape for the Open House.
