Chairperson Warren called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
ITEM: PERMIT EXTENSIONS
Chairperson Warren read a letter into the record from Design Professionals requesting a permit extension for Appl. 04-52P- The Church of The Living God, 199 Deming Street, South Windsor.
Motion to: grant a five year extension for Appl. 04-52P- The Church of The Living God, 199 Deming Street, South Windsor.

ITEM: CONSERVATION COMMISSION ISSSUE
Chairperson Warren presented an issue regarding the Wildlife Sanctuary. A resident has made complaints about unauthorized/unreasonable activity in the sanctuary by vehicles, horseback riders, dogs. The Commissioners discussed in great length how to approach this issue and resolve the problems. Issues with Donnelly were also discussed at this time.

ITEM: NEW BUSINESS
Intent to create grazing land at 848 Strong Road: Folger distributed copies of the applicant’s letter as an FYI. Is not being heard tonight.
ITEM: OLD BUSINESS
Regulation subcommittee update: Phillips, Kelly, Folger determined that using State model regs as a beginning, then include Town’s specific requirements was most efficient and consistent way to update/revise Town’s regs. They’re about halfway through the revision process. When completed, drafts will be distributed for review by the Commission, and then will go to public hearing.
