Jeff reviewed the changes that have been made from the Coventry Ordinance in order to create a draft Ordinance for South Windsor.
Chairperson Warren stated that the draft would need Town Attorney Guliano's review prior to setting time to appear before the Town Council.

Commissioner Heffler felt this application should be denied because the applicant had been asked numerous times to complete the application and additional information, with no results.
Commissioner Kelly also stated that the applicant never addressed discussion items or responded to calls by town staff.
