Chairman Carino called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Chairperson Carino stated for the record that this public hearing is being held to establish the proposed sewer user charge rates, sewer assessment schedules, and septic disposal fees for fiscal year 2006/2007. The Legal Notice (Exhibit A) was read into the record by the Recording Secretary. Mr. Shaw explained the different charges being proposed. There were no public comments.
The public hearing adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
