NEW BUSINESS
Mannarino Subdivision Cornerstone Circle(Conceptual approval)
Robert Mannarino was present on behalf of Mannarino Builders seeking conceptual approval to extend the existing sewer line through Lots 31 and 32 easement to the existing manhole. Mr. Mannarino would like to finish grading the two lots to and eventually get approval to build on additional land. It would save the builder from tearing up the property in the spring to continue the pipe if the extension is approved at this time. The length of the pipe is approximately 200 ft. to the manhole. There is no liability on the Town due to the fact the builder is seeking conceptual approval.
Motion for conceptual approval of the sewer extension requested for property located at Lots 31 and 32 on Cornerstone Dr., South Windsor, CT., with the condition all requirements made by the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department and the State of Connecticut be met and engineer bring in correct plan for proper approval by the Town Engineering Department.

Strategic Planning (Completion of worksheet)
Discussion followed regarding the explanation of several points and minor changes to the final draft of the Strategic Planning Worksheet. These changes will be made and worksheet will be submitted to the Town Managers Office. A copy of the final worksheet is attached (Attachment A).

Preparation of the WPCA Budget for FY 2002/2003
Mr. Shaw presented the proposed budget for FY 2002/2003 and recommended the budget remain at the same amount as the previous year (See attachment B).
