Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Betty said Jeff Folger is updating the ‘490’ List. The letter to landowners will go out in about a week.
Frank reported that there is pending legislation that will allow the ‘490’ Tax Abatement to stay with the land when it is sold, as long as the new owner maintains the uses defined by the ‘490’ Act.
Betty will check with Department of Agriculture to see if they have survey results to indicate interest in a Farmers Market in South Windsor.
Cliff said he spoke to Sandy and she would like to know if all leases on town land are current on payments.
