NEW BUSINESS:
- Potential Land Purchases – Mr. Stone (Attorney for Mr. Nelson) waiting for appraisals from Town Manager regarding Nelson property – approximately pending for two (2) years. Town should be in touch with Mr. Nelson – Kathy Hale will attempt to bring pending property to consideration of Council.
- Open Space Funding Referendum - Discussed complexities of multiple boards overlapping interests on subject sites.
- Discussion of Policing Wildlife Sanctuary – A problem with protecting such areas and encouraging the public to use and enjoy these fine town-owned properties.
