ITEM: Minutes
The November 18, 2003 minutes were approved.
ITEM: Other Business
Betty reported that she had sent a letter to the Town Council supporting Tax Abatement on farm buildings. (Public Act #03-234) She requested that SWALPAC be informed when the matter comes up at the Council meeting.
ITEM: New Business
The Commission discussed the Shepard and related properties now under review by the Open Space Task Force. SWALPAC will send a letter to the Task Force urging support for purchase of development rights on the property.
