ITEM: Minutes
The minutes of April 16, 2003 were accepted.
ITEM: Other Business
Betty will attempt to learn if the Council for a pro/con attitude toward PDR.
Jim Futtner will check with the Farm Bureau re: ordinance for property tax exemption for 4-90 owners. This topic was prompted by correspondence between the Mayor and Town Manager dated 8/12/03.
Jim Futttner mentioned water flow from the JES Industrial Park and its effect on the watercourse through farmland to the Newberry Road drain. Tim will walk this with Jim.
ITEM: New Business
It was discussed that the Wapping Fair may be moved to the Pudim property. Only 3 acres of farmland would be affected by its use as a parking area. Betty should write a letter to the Town stating that SWALPAC would not object to this and request that the Town keep us posted on the project.
