Call Meeting to Order: The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting
There were no minutes for approval.
Discussion Items:
Review, discussion and possible action authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a purchase and sale agreement with CT Studios LLC
The Town Attorney explained the contract and reviewed changes. There was discussion amongst the Members with regard to working on protecting the Town’s Property and ensuring that if it is necessary to go to court to get the property back, that all attorney fees would be paid by other party. It was agreed that an 8 year reverter clause was appropriate.
Resolution: The Redevelopment Agency does hereby resolve that the Town Manager shall execute a purchase and sale agreement with Connecticut Studios, LLC as reviewed, discussed and approved.
The motion was made by Barbara Barbour; Seconded by Cile Decker; and approved unanimously by 3 Ayes to 0 Nays on a Roll Call vote, as follows:
