The Public Building Commission will hold a special meeting at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the South Windsor Board of Education, 1737 Main Street, South Windsor, CT, 06074, Room 303. The agenda will be:
- Call to Order
- Opening and reading of fee proposals for Construction Management Services for the Orchard Hill Elementary School Project
- Executive Session:
Discussion of documents which would result in the disclosure of public records or the information contained therein described in subsection (b) (24) of General Statutes Section 1-210.
- Conduct Interviews of respondents for Construction Management Services for Orchard Hill Elementary School Project; and
- Deliberation concerning qualification and proposal submissions and interviews of respondents
- Possible action concerning request for qualifications and proposals for Construction Manager for Orchard Hill Elementary School Project
