The Public Building Commission will hold a special meeting at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 in the Friends Room on the upper level of the South Windsor Public Library at 1550 Sullivan Avenue. The Agenda is as follows:
- Call to order.
- Approval of minutes of August 6, 2014 Meeting.
- Approval of payment of invoices.
- Opening and reading of fee proposals for Owner’s Representative Services the Orchard Hill Elementary School Project.
- Executive Session:
- Discussion of documents which would result in the disclosure of public records or the information contained therein described in subsection (b)(24) of General Statutes Section 1-210.
- Conduct Interviews of respondents for Owner’s Representative for Orchard Hill Elementary School Project; and
- Deliberation concerning qualification and proposal submissions and interviews of respondents.
- Possible action concerning request for qualifications and proposals for Owner’s Representative for Orchard Hill Elementary School Project.
- Adjournment.
