SPECIAL MEETING
Because the Regular Meeting of the PBC scheduled for January 12, 2011 was canceled due to a snow storm, the Public Building Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 7:00 pm in the Fire Department Conference Room in the Company 3 Fire Station on West Road. The agenda will be:
A. Review of the status of work on the Fire Station # 3/Ambulance Corps
Building Project and action on unpaid invoices.
B. Review of final billing for Architectural Services provided by Lawrence
Associates on the Senior Center addition proposed for the Community
Center.
C. Consideration of Dedication/Grand Opening activities for the new building
considering schedules, activities, speakers and invitees, and funding for the
event.
