The Public Building Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in the Fire Department Conference Room at the new Company # 3 Building on West Road. Use the Fire Department entrance at the right front corner of the building. This is a change of meeting location from the previous agenda.
The agenda will be:
A. Approval of the minutes of previous meeting(s)
B. Review of Correspondence/Communications and Comments from the Public
C. Reports of Committees
D. Unfinished Business
- Discussion of Fire Station #3 and Ambulance Facility Project
Review of Punch List and other project wrap up items.
E. New Business
- Approval of Invoices/Payment Requests
F. Adjournment
