Joint Meeting with ZBA 7 – 9 p.m.
Planning and Zoning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals Commission met to discuss Telecommunications Planning.
Joel M. Rinebold, Executive Director of the Connecticut Siting Council was present and reviewed planning strategy, technology, siting issues and jurisdiction with respect to telecommunications planning. See attached.
