New Business
Pat reported we are out of cloth bags. Cost of the bag is $2.29. We will purchase with money from the 2010/2011 budget.
John Pelkey has 9 trees available that were planted around the baseball field. The task force felt that we should purchase a tree at a later date so that we could select the location.
Heritage day is October 2nd and we agreed to have a booth. Mike Gantick moved we purchase a new tent since our current one is broken. The motion was seconded by Marcia Banach and it was approved.
There was a discussion of the Nelson property. A possible buyer of the house wanted the barn but that would reduce the frontage and the open space considerably due to zoning requirements.
The Peck property issues still have not been resolved.
Herb Asplund reported the Tim Shepard still thinks the Neiderwerfer property is a great piece of land. There is still a discussion going on as to whether the house should be sold off.
