New Business
Pat thanked everyone for her nomination for the Eugene Pollicelli Award. Pat mentioned the idea of purchasing one of the 40 trees from Earth Day from the OSTF.  Herb Asplund moved to purchase a tree with individual contributions from the task force.  Sue Larsen seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.  Pat reported we are out of cloth bags. We have $200 left in the budget.  Marcia Banach will put a P.O. in with Custom Impressions in Bolton.
Discussion was held on a newspaper picture that showed dogs in the park without leases.  Pat recommended issuing signs in the park about all dogs must be on a leash.  The only exception is the Bark Park.
Rating was done on the Neiderwerfer property. Pat Botteron will write the letter.  There was some concern over the rating so there was much discussion over making sure the letter included the important issues of the house (purchase for education or separately sell off).
Earth Day was successful but Pat reported that we should have maps of Wapping Park to hand out.

   Acceptance of Minutes
Minutes of the April meeting were accepted .
Old Business

Herb thought a back hoe was located on town property near Vintage Hills.  Betty drove by but didn’t see any so we will check another time to see if anything is going on there.

Other Business

Our next meeting will be June 7th.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
