Nilofer has planned a meeting with the Pakistani group

Charlie met with Parks & Recreation Commission
P & R Commission voted to support the project
Ray Favreu indicated that P & R would build benches
Theme suggestions…SW Historic Sites, Walking Trail
HRC endorsed SW Historic Sites as theme for benches.
Historic theme could be coordinated with future HRC Photo Contests
Rules/fly for artist’s entries will be developed by HRC
Karen P suggested announcing bench project at Photo Contest Awards Ceremony
Charlie will contact Ray Favreau about bench details
