    HRC will tour town to identify locations for benches
 
     Public Works Dept would have to agree to maintain benches
 
     a particular artist could be selected to decorate bench or it could be opened
     to applications
 
     benches could be endowed by individuals or groups
 
    NOTE: Chair has spoken with Mayor Anwar, who fully supports the project.
                 Ray Favreau, Director of Parks & Recreation, spoke with Charlie about the
                 project. He will visit Manchester to see their benches and provide information   
                 Pertaining to: materials, costs, sites, maintenance
