CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:43 p.m.

Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Walter FitzPatrick, Wayne McKinney, Gary Pitcock
Members absent: None
Alternates present: Louise Evans
Alternates absent: Katherine Foley
Commissioner Evans was appointed to sit for the vacant position.
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice as it appeared in the Journal Inquirer on May 26, 2015.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS
- Mr. Louis DiModugno provided detail regarding a 6 foot privacy fence to be placed on the north property line; starting 80 feet from the road to the barn (88 feet) and an additional 128 feet to the rear of the property. The fence would be tounge and groove 6 inch wide cedar with square post every 8 feet. The fence is positioned between the driveway and trees.
- Mr. DiModugno presented a COA application for a cedar pavilion with a metal roof to be placed adjacent to the pool and covering the patio.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
1) Mr. Linwood Addington, owner of the adjacent property north of 1675 Main Street, spoke in opposition. He opposes a solid fence.
