MINUTES REGULAR MEETING
CAUCUS ROOM TOWN HALL March 10, 2015

CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chair Macro called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. Louise Evans was appointed to sit for Sandra Jeski; Katherine Foley was appointed to sit for the vacant Republican commissioner position.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 3, 2015 was made by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Evans. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
- Ideas for locations for Benches by Artists were discussed. Suggestions included the bus stop at the Watson House and in the open space north of the post office, facing the fields. A bench at Wood Library was proposed at the last meeting.
- Discussed the benefit of drafting a letter to owners of Historic Resources listed properties regarding the various inventories and the ability to pre-order copies of the inventory. These would be available for purchase and would help determine the number to be printed before the end of the year. The possibility of acquiring signs to identify builders and dates of houses within the District was also addressed. Further discussions will take place in a few months.

A motion to adjourn was made at 7:53 pm by Commissioner FitzPatrick, seconded by Commissioner Evans and approved unanimously.
