CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and appointed Louise Evans to sit for Peter Jennings.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Gursimran Kainth (observer) – South Windsor High School
Maddie Richard (observer) – South Windsor High School
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 2, 2014 was made by Commissioner Pitcock, seconded by Commissioner Jeski. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
1. The Historic Resources Inventory Phase IIIb consultant reported that all forms are completed and are under review internally by their technical support group.
2. There is no update regarding the joint South Windsor/East Hartford Historic District efforts for a joint district on Long Hill Road
ADMINISTRATION
Chairperson Macro announced that winter meetings will start at 7:00 pm.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 8:39 pm by Commissioner FitzPatrick, seconded by Commissioner Jeski and approved unanimously.
