CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:34 PM.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
A motion to approve the minutes of the Regular meeting on December 2, 2008, was made by Gary Pitcock, seconded by Edwina Futtner. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
The new deadline for Phase II of the Historic Resources Survey was January 5, 2009. One application has been received. The RFP called for 100 properties to be surveyed and the Commission will have to designate which properties those will be, based largely on the already completed reconnaissance survey.
ADMINISTRATION
The Chair led a discussion regarding the need to replace three Republicans on the Commission; one regular member and two alternates.

A motion to adjourn was made at 8:34 PM by Edwina Futtner, seconded by Gary Pitcock and approved unanimously.
