ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Virginia Macro, Walter J. Fitzpatrick, Gary Pitcock, Edwina Futtner
Members absent: Bruce Burnham
Alternates present: Peter Jennings
Alternates absent: Jean Klein, Paul Oates
Chairperson Macro appointed Peter Jennings as a Regular Member of the Commission for this meeting.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Chairperson, Virginia Macro.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion to approve public hearing and regular meeting minutes of November 3, 2008 was made by Gary Pitcock and seconded by Walter FitzPatrick. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
None
OLD BUSINESS
Chairperson Macro, informed the committee that the one applicant for the Historic Resources Survey did not meet the Interior Department’s qualifications for the job. A second RFP has been sent out for responses by January 5, 2009 with a selection by February 9, 2009. A list of 100 properties would be finalized by April 1, 2009, and the report completed by August 1, 2009.
ADMINISTRATION
Election of officers: a motion by Commissioner Pitcock to keep the same slate of officers (Chairperson, Virginia Macro, Vice Chairperson, Walter Fitzpatrick), was seconded by Commissioner, Edwina Futtner and approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 8:35 p.m. by Walter FitzPatrick, seconded by Edwina Futtner and approved unanimously.
