Members absent: Commissioner Fitzpatrick, Commissioner Futtner
Alternate present: Commissioner Klein, Commissioner Oates
Alternates absent: Commissioner Jennings
Chairperson Macro appointed Alternates Klein and Oates as regular members of the Commission for the public hearing.
READING OF THE LEGAL NOTICE :
Chairperson Macro read the public hearing notice from the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS:
• The Shephard application for enclosing screened porch with half wall and double hung windows was presented. The proposal includes clapboard siding of the same width as the front of the building but made of cement composite. The windows will be double hung of 40” and 48” width. The intention is to create a three season room that will provide light but eliminate dust from the meadow fields.
• Ms. Rose Neary was nor her representative was at the hearing to present the plans for 1576 Main Street.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Burnham moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:19 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock. The motion carried unanimously.
