CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:49 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Commissioner Jean Klein was appointed as a full member to replace Commissioner Gary Pitcock.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mrs. Johanna Perkins, 1544 Main Street, wanted to discuss her plans for installing storm windows throughout her house and for erecting a 12' X 16' barn at the back of her property. Since the storm windows will require extra time to be manufactured, she was requesting a sense of the Commission in the hopes she could proceed with ordering them. She also wanted feedback on the design of the barn. She will make a formal application for a Certificate of Appropriateness in September.
Mr. Louis DiModugno, 1675 Main Street, discussed his plans for an above ground pool and gazebo approximately 400 feet from the road.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
NEW BUSINESS
" A motion to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for a pool & deck by Mr. DiModugno, with the stipulation that if it is visible from the road during the Fall and Winter, a vegetation screen would be planted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jean Klein and approved unanimously.
" Motion to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for a gazebo by Mr. DiModugno as proposed was made by Jean Klein, seconded by Edwina Futtner and approved unanimously.
" The Commission thought the storm windows would be appropriate and suggested Mrs. Perkins consulted with Edward Sunderland on the design of the barn.

A motion to adjourn was made at 7:18 PM by Edwina Futtner, seconded by Jean Klein and approved unanimously.
