READING OF THE LEGAL NOTICE :
Chairperson Macro read the public hearing notice from the Journal Inquirer.
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS:
" Mr. Louis DiModugno presented the plans, photos and verbal description of the planned pool, deck and gazebo. The pool and deck will be approximately 400 feet from the street and the gazebo will be approximately 360 from the street, according to Mr. DiModgno's scale drawing. The major concerns expressed regarded the visibility from the street of these projects.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Futtner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Klein, The motion carried unanimously.
