3. READING OF THE LEGAL NOTICE :
Chairperson Macro read the public hearing notice from the Journal Inquirer.
4. PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS:
" The Shephard application was postponed and will be amended in September 2008 to include drawings and details of materials for construction of the rear porch.
" Mrs Macro described the repointing of the foundations of their house using mortar consistent with that used in the 18th century.

Commissioner Burnham made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:50 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock, The motion carried unanimously.
