CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM and appointed Peter Jennings as a regular member in replacement of Commissioner Bruce Burnham.
ROLL CALL
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Motion to approve previous meeting minutes was made by Walter J. Fitzpatrick, seconded by Virginia Macro and approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Commissioner Peter Jennings was appointed as a full member to replace Commissioner Bruce Burnham.
OLD BUSINESS
The Historic District Handbook will be distributed via a transmittal letter in July.
ADMINISTRATION
(a.) Chairperson reported the possibilities of a district being incorporated to include the SADD Library in which would potentially save it from demolition.
(b.) The application for the Phase II Historic Resources survey was submitted.
(c.) Chairperson reported that the Town Council has approved acquisition of the property on the corner of Route #5 and Sullivan Avenue to set aside as open space.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made at 8:05 PM by Edwina Futtner, seconded by Peter Jennings and approved unanimously.
