CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Virginia Macro called meeting to order at 8:00 PM
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mr. Les Clapp, 1722 Main Street
Ms. Heather Cycle, Windsor Locks
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Commissioner Fitzpatrick made a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of February 5, 2008; seconded by Commissioner Pitcock approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
An application for a replacement sign at the Board of Education was reviewed. It was decided that no public hearing was necessary since the sign was a replacement for the existing sign in size and design.
OLD BUSINESS
a. The Amendments to the Historic District Ordinance were presented to the Town Council, March 3, 2008 and were passed.
b. Motion by Gary Pitcock to keep the same slate of officers for the 2008 year. Seconded by Bruce Burnham and passed unanimously.
c. The Demolition Delay Ordinance was discussed and will be revised for further consideration by the Town Council.
d. Mr. DiModungo was not present at the meeting. A meeting has not been rescheduled in regards to his fence.
d. There were no issues resulting from the special meeting to explain the ordinance to the public.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Jennings made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:25 p.m.; seconded by Commissioner Fitzpatrick; the motion carried unanimously.
